The desired experience includes:

• Mechanism Design Experience (design for excellent reliability and volume production)
• Solid understanding of engineering mechanics, machine design, materials, fabrication processes
• Analysis/testing of prototype designs
• Finite Element Analysis
• Solid Works CAD experience
• Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited 4 year university
• Ten years plus of direct manufacturing experience
• Passionate about your design work and it shows
