Senior Manufacturing Engineer -
State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facility

This engineering opportunity involves a process trouble-shooting and process improvement focus.  We are a fully functioning state of the art machine shop and assembly operation.  We are looking for candidates that will ensure that the manufacturing process flows from initial machining through assembly.

The desired experience includes:

• Create/implement best method manufacturing processes for volume production
• Experience with mechanical and electronic assembly, CNC mills, robotic welding, lathes and vibratory deburring systems
• Equipment research and purchasing of capital equipment
• Machine Design
• Tooling/Fixture design
• Experience laying out production lines
• Strong understanding of assembly tools – Manual and Power
• Process knowledge of Plating, Heat Treating and Powder Coating
• Knowledge of various materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum
• Must have the capability to write work instructions and inspection procedures
